A calm, step-by-step path, with you in control the whole way.
No surprises and no pressure. Here's exactly what happens from the first call to your final payment.
Free, confidential consultation
We start by listening. You tell us who you owe and roughly how much, and we answer your questions honestly. It's completely free, and simply asking never affects your credit score.
A plan built around your budget
We review your full picture and design your Consumer Proposal (the amount you'd pay, your single monthly payment, and your payoff date), then show it side by side against a bank loan or doing nothing. You choose what works.
We negotiate with your creditors
This is where the heavy lifting happens. We connect you with an independent Licensed Insolvency Trustee, the only professional authorized to administer a Consumer Proposal. The Trustee files your proposal to lower your balances and stop the interest, and once it is filed, collection calls for the included debts must stop.
One payment, until you're free
Everything folds into a single, predictable monthly payment you can actually afford. You watch the balance fall on a clear timeline to a real, finite payoff date.
Which path is right for you?
We'll recommend the better fit on your free call, but here's the short version.
Consumer Proposal (a.k.a. debt consolidation)
Clear your unsecured debt for a fraction of what you owe (often up to 75% less) at 0% interest, in one affordable monthly payment. It's a legal process that only a Licensed Insolvency Trustee is authorized to administer. Best when your debt has become hard to manage and you want real reduction, not just a lower rate.
A bank loan
Roll your debts into a single loan at a lower rate than your credit cards, but you still repay the full balance plus interest (often around 12%), and only if you can qualify and keep up the payments. Simpler, but it rarely reduces what you actually owe.
